Great news this week as USA Today announced the winner of their Most Popular Lake contest! As you can guess, the winner is our very own Lake Tahoe! You can read the whole story but we’ll share the best details with you.
Regional magazine writers created a list of lakes across the nation, coming up with 15 finalists. Voters in the national poll then voted on their favorite water spot and Lake Tahoe beat out 2nd place winner Lake Charlevoix of Michigan.
